The product arrived quickly and as described and pictured. The components were easy to use and the instructions were helpful. No complaints.

This kit helped me repair an old lamp. Turns out I just needed the switch but it was nice to have the other parts in case I needed them. The nice thing is, it all came in one reasonably priced kit.

Some lamps will not let you remove the part of the lamp that is the core of this upgrade - the threaded steel pipe. So unlike the directions say - disassemble old and see how much of it you can replace and, whether the old provides enough space for installing these new parts onto it. Note - it likely will. Then, MAKE SURE you know that this does NOT include the lamp shade holder - the part that goes into the saddle, which you will need to add onto the assemble BEFORE the wiring and bulb bits.

I used this product to replace two very old lamp cords and switch.

I have an antique lamp that needed rewiring. Took me about 15 minutes with this kit. Instructions were clear and simple. The lamp now has light. Wish I could give 5 stars BUT in both kits the part H threaded nut was missing. Luckily I used parts from the old wiring to make it work. Also the stem to turn the light on was much shorter than the original in my lamp. It does not extend outside of the casing which makes it hard to turn off and on. All in all it was worth the money and it has brought new life to an old lamp but may or may not work depending on the style of lamp you have.

I have not attempted to install this kit as heat so can't say much other than it looks complete. I most likely will not do it until after the holidays. The lamp is 60 years old and good quality, certainly hope I will be able to do the installation correctly....

I purchased two kits to repair two table lamps. The kit included everything I needed. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Even with my lack of experience, I was able to easily rewire the lamps. I am enjoying my "refreshed" lamps and feeling very proud that I was able to do this project myself. I did contact the seller and appreciated their prompt response and attention.

The two knurled nuts are missing, and they're challenging to find locally and expensive to source from abroad. Super disappointing experience.
