Beefy McWhatNow
I must have gotten a different product than the reviewer saying they were thin and cheap. The ones I received could pin down a tent in a hurricane! These things are heavy duty, emphasis on heavy. When the package arrived I said that no way were these the garden staples I ordered. The package weighed about 10 pounds!Good product depending on what you're looking for. If you want a thin, easily bendable staple, don't buy these. If you want a heavy duty item to withstand the eventual explosion of our sun, then these are what you're looking for.

Great!
Works great on blocking weeds. I have a large veggie garden and use this. It has held up for 2 years so far

Weeds grow right through it.
I’m not a fan. It blocks weeds for the most part, but I wouldn’t use this stuff under anything like mulch or stone. Weeds can grow right through.

Get more than you need…
This is merely my humble opinion, but it has done well for me.One thing I see is people talk about fraying. It does fray if you don’t spend the extra expense on a hot knife, but the best way to not care is buy more than you need. More on that later. If you are laying it down for gravel or mulch even there is no real reason on why you should buy pins. The shear weight of the medium on top will keep it held down. No point in the extra hassle of installing pins. Popping unnecessary holes in the material. If you do it right (buy more than you need). You over lap your joints 4”-6” then you shouldn’t be hit with the extra surprise weed growing in ground. Saves you a lot of extra time over all. Has worked well for me at least.Side not on the fraying. Simply over cut your area a few inches. My rule of thumb is always 4”. Just seems to be a good measure that you can then fold under itself and viola! Problem solved.Make it a great day. I dare you!

I installed it and it only has 80 feet, it does not reach 100 feet as the ad says

Sturdy weed block!
This is not a thin product. I am pleased with the sturdiness of it. So far, so good!

It keeps weeds down.
It is a good product, but be sure to cover it with enough mulch or whatever so it can keep the weeds from growing. It may not last as long as other products, but follow directions and you will get good results

A tad over priced, but it better than just plastic
Great product and we’ve tried it about two years ago and it appears to block grass/weeds. However must apply it with very much overlapping in mind. Don’t connect your rows or overlap by inches because whatever you’re blocking will find it’s way through the rows of laying it out.
