I think they are working. My hair appt. Is coming up soon and my hairstylist will be able to tell for sure. I have less shedding and my hair feels softer. My nails got the biggest benefit from these. I've been using these supplements for almost two months now. I'm nearing the end of my first bottle so I feel I can give an accurate review I will be most certainly be purchasing more of these. First off, these softgels are not "gelly" but they do have a subtle give to them that I find does help them slide down easily. These are not small pills but I would say the size is comparable if not slightly smaller than other hair, skin and nail vitamins I have taken in the past. I love these because they do not cause an upset stomach like other ones I have tried but the results are still great. I would say they don't cause the most rapid growth I've experienced but I my overall health is more important than an extra 1/4" of hair growth. That being said, I am African/Caribbean-American and my hair grew about 2.5-3 inches in 3 months!! This is amazing. My nails are growing steadily and I find I have to trim during my weekly polish change. As far as skin, I have acne scars and have recently decided to take charge of my skincare so I am not sure how much these supplements have or have not contributed to the results I see there. Overall, I am very pleased and will make these supplements a regular part of my health routine.
