This raw chocolate bar has been made using natural, ethically sourced, pesticide-free ingredients.By not heating this bar, all the nutrients present in the cacao has been retained. Cacao has naturally present antioxidants and has that fantastic bitter sweet chocolate flavour when sweetened. This bar contains no artificial sweeteners or sugar. Instead, it has been sweetened naturally with xylitol. Xylitol comes from Birch sap, is very low in the Glycaemic Index and does not rot your teeth.
