It casts out beautifully, i am very pleased with it, it will make for some extremely brilliant fishing on my fishing holiday

Great reel.
I have to say for the price this is a brilliant reel. Line lay is good casts well and retrieve is smooth. Only possible downside is the reel seat is a little larger than most and can be a tight fit on some of the screw down rod seats.

Bit big and clunky but well made and definitely up to the job
Well made reel as you’d expect from Diana. Although it’s a little bigger and heavier than I expected it to be. Only used it a couple of times but expect it will be continue to provide me kind service for a good number of years yet

Not for course fishing.
The reel is very smooth but unfortunately the reel is made for carp fishing, and the handle is too big for the seat on my Preston feeder rod.
