No. It contains grain alcohol. Works great!

Q: Its list peppermint extract, which i know depending on the amount and how its made can be bad for dogs. How the extract is made, does it use alcohol?

Thank you for reaching out, yes we are aware there are some issues with alcohol. Good news our natural flavor extracts do not contain alcohol and are vegan, kosher, and gluten-free.

Q: Can this spray bottle be refilled?? Is it the same product as the water treatment for oral care, and could this be sprayed directly into mouth?

This bottle has an easy twist-off lid. I don't know if this is the same product as the water treatment for oral care. I do spray it directly into our dog's mouth by lifting her lips and spraying on each side several squirts.
