I am always surprised when Amazon can provide a supplement of good quality that it will pass even my tests (applied kinesiology) and, moreover, at a decent price. This not only passed, it also proved to arrive at the right time to provide me with the right support at the right time. I have since bought a second bottle to make sure I have enough for the foreseeable future.I would never have known that Green lipped mussel could be used as a supplement!

I use this product - in a stack of supplements - to help with joint pain and the inflexibility that comes with age and injury. I don't know how much of a "placebo effect" comes into play here but, for me, results seemed to come after the initial doses: the pain and stiffness associated with the long-standing effects of an historic lower back injury were greatly eased.

My wife takes these for a hip problem an it certainly seems to help,so much so some of our friends are also now users with positive results .

The capsules are not too big to take and the dose of 1-2 per day should be taken with water and food. They have got a light sea aroma to them, however no taste when you take them.The ingredients are 500mg green lipped mussel and 12mg Vitamin C along with brown rice flour in a vegetarian shell.
