First, I tried several other brand jewelry chain nose pliers, including BeadSmith. The latter used to be good, but not anymore. None of them were any good for various reasons.Then, I saw the line of pliers offered by SPEEDWOX. They're a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. I like that they are forged high carbon steel and heat treated for strength and durability. Plus the black oxide finishing for corrosion resistance it practical and looks cool too. The pliers look nice and feel nice. The PVC handles are a good shape and comfortable, (and not that pseudo-foam hard material that other brands use) and fit well in an average size person's hand. Not too small and not too big. Overall, I good deal on some great pliers!

Love these and now have to purchase a third pair because my daughter keeps stealing mine … they are truly micro sized tips and believe me I’ve returned two pairs prior to finding this one … perfect for jewelry making

These pliers are GREAT for jewelry making. They can get into tiny spots that the needle nose ones can't reach into. I work a lot with these. I am going to have to order a nother set as much as i use them. Lol Great, good quality, easy to use, no gripping teeth on them, so no marring your wiring. Easy squeeze spring on the handle which has a comfy grip to it, not a hard plastic. So, worth the money, and the fast delivery was great.

These pliers are 3" long. The jaws are 1mm at the end and 2mm closer to the handle. I got them for chainmaille with tiny rings and they're perfect. It'll take a minute to get used to them if you've been using regular sized pliers. I love these, and got some for my best friend who is a silversmith.

These pliers are perfect for holding onto and manipulating hard-to-grasp items. I work with sterling silver wire and my big fingers cannot manipulate the wire in tiny spaces or hold on to small pieces without dropping them half a dozen times. These small plier tips hold items very well. Time will tell if they can maintain their shape as I use it on slightly larger/thicker pieces of wire. Most of the tools available nowadays are garbage and the plier tips bend out of shape making them useless in a pretty short period of time. Fingers crossed!.

I needed a small pair of pliers for my bike tool kit and size was a very important factor in my purchase decision. Unfortunately, these pliers do not have any grip, and construction quality is poor. These won't get the job done for me.

I haven’t actually put them to use yet but I can tell. Wasnt expecting much but these are decent looking especially for the price. Tips line up, are well rounded, what else is there but durability… to be determined but they don’t feel flimsy like some.
