Q: How do you get the adjustable pulley to adjust? I have tried different pulls at a variety of lengths And nothing seems to work for it to adjust.

Dear Customer,thanks for your question,we have two steps 1.First, ensure the hanging hook is vertical(if not it will not work). 2.When you need to locate the plant at a position you want please pull the strap slowly, and then it will get stuck(there are about ten stop points). I don't now for sure. I use these for my outside hanging plants. I hung heavy ceramic pots on these and never had a problem. We live in the Midwest and get lots of wind. These never failed to hold he planters. Good luck☺
