Disappointing product for me as well. Worked fine 3or4 times then nothing. Haven't thrown it out yet but it's heading in that do

It has a dial on the front for two speeds and pulse but will not work unless the cup is locked in. It has four blades.

It states that you have to contact the Seller directly to find out if what if any warranty is on it that the Seller is willing to provide.

Nothing good to say concerning this product beyond it looks good. But is useless
