This sun lamp is awesome! It has different levels of brightness and various shades which I love. I was gifted one a couple of years ago when I moved from a state that gets sun 300+ days a year to a state that has very gloomy/overcast winters and it has been a game changer for seasonal depression! Highly recommend!

I love the fact that this has multiple light options and the timer feature is fantastic. It's great to have this light to start the day off right. The touch controls are a little tricky at first but once you get the hang of it they're actually quite nice.

I bought this for someone who doesn’t get outside much. It’s very bright, and he says he can tell the difference, though he finds it a bit too bright for his liking. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase—I like the size and design.

My health care providers recommended I get one of these lights for SAD so I bought this one. I've been using it almost daily for over 3 months and it definitely works! I like that it has different light tones and brightnesses, and the timer helps keep my morning routine on schedule. I pair this light with a table lamp to read in the morning when it's dark and it's soooo cozy. This light is small, cute, and easy to move around. Once you figure out the buttons, it's easy to use. Highly recommend!

The timer options include 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. My therapist recommended 20-30 minutes, so I just set it to 30 minutes, and it automatically shuts off when the time is up—so convenient!No Flickering: I’ve had no issues with the light flickering, which is a huge plus! I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this product deserves one. I was having trouble getting enough good rest at night. I suspected that my inner clock needed to be reset. This therapy light is one of the least expensive ones available, and other people said they liked it, so I gave it a try. I started using it first thing in the morning for about two hours, adjusting the intensity so that it was strong but comfortable. Within 7-10 days of regular use, I noticed my body shutting down earlier in the evening, so now I'm in bed by 10 o'clock. I wake up feeling refreshed for the first time in years, and my whole body seems healthier and happier. If you need help getting better sleep, I recommend you try this first before you spend much money on other remedies.
