Love the shade and dryness of this shade cover tent. I really liked the strings that attach to the tent to hold it up. The color is perfect.

I do a fair bit of camping, and recently got into hammock camping. This makes a great rainfly for that. It's large enough to cover my hammock with some room to spare and the whole thing feels like good quality, with the exception of the stakes that were included. These are the cheap stakes that seem to come with everything. They bend easily, and are difficult to get back out of the ground if you press them down too far and can't get a finger under the top. I just picked up some nicer stakes at my local discount store and put those in the bag this comes with. Those are thicker, don't bend, and are easier to get a hold of to pull out of the ground.One thing I do like with this is that the cord attachment loops feel pretty well-sewn, and heavy duty. The cords that are included are fine, but I usually carry a large roll of paracord, so I can use longer or shorter cords as needed, depending on what I'm using it for. Rain flys like this have many purposes. They can be used as rain flys for hammocks, sun shades, etc.One caveat to buying something like this is that it measures roughly 10'x11'. For the price, you can get a 10'x10' utility tarp for about half the price, and even a 'super heavy duty' tarp for about the same. The latter won't include cordage or stakes, though, and neither include the handy-dandy carrying pouch. Many of my fellow campers do just this and are satisfied with it. This is lighter than a tarp, so if backpacking, you want as light as possible. Overall, this is a pretty good purpose-made item that definitely has a home in your camping gear.

This is a very nice light weight tarp. I got it last year for a camping trip that got cancelled. I was surprised when I opened it today at how large it is. If set up like a pup tent, it would be easily large enough for two and possibly three people. The green color is excellent for blending in with a wooded area. It comes with tie down ropes and stakes and only needs two poles to make a quick overnight shelter. It also has its own storage bag which has two carry straps for easy carry and is small enough to be carried inside or strapped to a backpack. It has strong seams and reinforced grommets. I am very impressed with this tarp and am looking forward to using it soon. Highly recommended.

This tarp is easy to setup and very lightweight. Once unfolded, it is difficult to fold again and fit into the included carrying sleeve, but that's pretty standard for any tarp and anything made with this tent-like material. It seems well made, so I think it will last a while.The only con for me is that rain will slowly seep through, so I sprayed it with an extra layer of waterproofing to make it more waterproofed. I used can of standard tent waterproofing spray that I picked up at a big box store and is very common. I feel that this is better described as 'water repelling', not water proof, as it's treated fabric and not plastic. The water will eventually seep through. I took off a star for the listing reading 'waterproof', as it's a bit deceptive to say when it isn't completely waterproof. If you're in a storm or rainy weather for more than 8-10 hours, water will leak through.However, it's a nice, lightweight tarp, and worked fine for an overnight in drizzling rain. It didn't start leaking until it was used four times in wet, humid weather. Steeper angles helps the water to run off instead of sitting, which helps prevent it from absorbing standing water.Good value for the price and the lightweight aspect of it is very appealing.

Used during a family campout and needed an area to expand our canopy. Used hiking poles on top of tables and was able to have a food prep area. The material was alot better then I thought it was going to be. Wind picked up one day and rubbed an area against a tree for a few hours. Not a trace of it happening.

I have used this tarp for both hammock and tent camping. The included lines and stakes make the tarp easy to set up. I can attest to the tarp's waterproof ability after being caught in a heavy rainstorm while hammock camping. I stayed dry the entire storm and the tarp held up well. The impressive waterproof feature does mean that the tarp is slightly bulkier than similar tarps that are only water resistant. This is not the tarp to choose for backpacking, but this is my first choice of tarp for any other trips. You will need a guide line if you are using this with a hammock setup. Overall, this is a well made tarp that is durable and water resistant. I recommend this tarp.

I got this item to protect my portable generator from rain in case we experience an extended power outage due to an approaching major storm. Luckily, we didn't lose power for more than 15 minutes. I still took this out to test it out and see how good it was. Everything packed nice and compact. It doesn't include poles, which was fine, because I planned on using trees or thick fence posts with a ridgeline, anyway, and that's what I did. The guylines and aluminum slides worked well. It's nice that stakes are included, but I might upgrade them for different soil/sand. When first opening up the contents, they were a little..."crunchy" is the word I'd use. Overall, very nice quality. I might buy some poles for it now in case I want to use it in a location without convenient trees.

タープはるのがへたなので。でもいいものでした。他の知らないのでなんとも言えませんが満足してます。

久しぶりにキャンプに行く為、急遽購入しました。急いでの購入でしたので有名メーカーをじっくり検討する間がなく、デザインで決めました。キャンプ1回の評価ですが、宿泊の夜に激しい雷雨に襲われましたが雨漏りすることもなく合格点です。5時間ほど激しい雨に打たれましたので充分ではないでしょうか。サイズ的には2人で使って若干小さいかなという感想ですが問題はありません。付属のロープは若干短い感じですが長さ調整のストッパーは使いやすいですし良く効きます。全体的に初心者向けのタープとして良い製品だと思います。ファミリー用としてはサブ利用だと思います。

形、強度、縫製、かなり気に入りましたが、色が違いました。実物の色がWEBイメージと違いました。カーキにするべきだったと強く後悔。

幅が小さく少しもの足りない一人用。雨が降ったらおそらく内側からポタポタと雨粒が落ちてくると思います。

今まで買ったタープテントは、薄く頼りない感じだったけれど、このタープは、軽くしっかりとして丈夫な作りです、本当に良いタープテントです！もう少し大きめ5×5mがあれば、もう１つ買いたいです！
