I ordered this for a care package and it was the perfect size. I also had a cheeky sniff and it smells divine!

I always thought this sort of thing was nonsense but I was sleeping so badly I was willing to try anything, so I was not just pleased that it works but astonished at how well. It didn’t get off to a good start as I really don’t like the smell of lavender, but I was asleep within minutes and slept right through to morning - even waking before the alarm which is unheard of for me. This experience was repeated every night for a couple of weeks until last night - I went to bed very tired but just could not get off to sleep. I finally drifted off after about an hour only to wake up ten minutes later and another 30 mins of not sleeping. I then realised I hadn’t used my pillow spray… one quick spray later and I was asleep with a minute and didn’t stir until 7:30 when I woke up feeling wide awake and refreshed. Very highly recommended.

Cannot say if it is good for Menopause, but Geranium is often used in products for multi-aged people. I like it as an alternative to perfume in summer, as its refreshing. Usually use a different brand, but this had clary sage and it is almost citrus undertones.Also used it as bathroom room spritz, but it does have oil in it, so be careful. Yes this is lovely, hubby liked smell. People who are not going through Menopause can use this too. Caution using around pets as some essential oils are toxic to pets.

Mature user.. nice smell if you like essential oils. Fairly strong smell but fades after a while.I like to spritz over the body and have also used with body lotion.Update: still loving this product! Being that I have chemically treated hair, i only wash every other day. For a refresh..I tried it by giving a spritz on mid to end lengths and brushed through. . Wow!. love the way it makes it soft and shiny- especially with dry ends- I avoided roots.My hair is medium length and texture..Did not weigh it down!I don’t know how this would work on fine hair.. so would recommend doing a tester.

Brought this product because of all the social media hype on TikTok... been a while now and have been using mainly consistently but so far this has not worked or enhanced my sleep 🙁 smells nice though

Nice relaxing smell

I like this and use it every night. It smells lovely and helps me relax, so I do feel I sleep more deeply. There are lots of this type of thing on the market, and some of them are really expensive. This one is much more reasonable, and made by Tisserand which is a brand I have confidence in, so I would say it's definitely worth a try.

Have used several Tisserand products over the years as I trust them and like the convenience of this particular product - the smell is pleasing, not too strong, I actually gently mist some on curtains/cushions where I tend to sit and find the perfume lingers longer than if used as the instructions suggest?Everyone is different but this is works for me even if the fragrance doesn't linger :)I
