I really like how it is easy to spray a few times for each leg. I usually have pain at night on both my legs and I wake up in the middle of the night. It takes me a while to go back to sleep. I am happy with this product.

I have been using this Product religiously on both my husband and I feet and ankles. It said it takes up to 30 days for it to activate. Any sleepy or drowsy or relax. I have read multiple research articles on top of the bottle and it still does not work.

Magnesium comes in many forms/varieties (I know we can all ask Dr. Google but I found this little cheatsheet helpful) and this is my first time trying it as a topical liquid spray.I really appreciate that this supplement contains only the 1 listed ingredient; too many products include other vitamins/minerals which can really cause some math headaches as I try to determine if I’m getting too much of something.I love that this listing includes two amber glass bottles - this is important as plastic can leach into the product and introduce undesirable elements that are then applied to your skin (and absorbed into your body). There is no scent at all but it’s not what I’d call a “fine” spray/mist - it’s very much a liquid that, once sprayed, will run if not quickly rubbed into skin (fortunately it does seem to dry quickly). I have noticed no residue, sticky or otherwise, just skin that feels soft and moist.It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking magnesium for several years and haven’t noticed a difference in the way I feel with this product; if that changes over time I’ll update my review accordingly.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!

I’ve been using this spray for about 2 months and I must say it really helps me sleep. I’m definitely ordering more.

The Magnesium oil spray had no perceptible scent. It is a light oil so it spread easily over my feet. While it makes a nice massage oil, it did not improve my sleep at all. If you need a nice, unscented massage oil that works well for feet, this may be a good purchase for you.
