Best maki! Been using this for eight years now! Easy to clean and easy to use. These can last more than a year if you keep knives and anything sharp away from it.

I am a sushi chef, so it made sense for me to buy a reusuable makisu instead of using bamboo everytime. It moves like a real makisu instead of the silicone ones that are one solid piece and are annoying to work with. While the price is a bit steep, if you are making sushi at home a lot or are a sushi chef, it is a worthy investment.

As a sous chef in our sushi restaurant I am expected to be quick and clean. Being able to use this as my wet and dry mat is very useful and helps minimize the tool in my area, keeping my cutting board clutter free and more room for rolling. Both my chef and I use these and are debating getting them for the whole crew!

The product works as was intended. It’s superior to my old mat for sure. I ordered beige and I was sent blue. Not sure what the point is to offer these options when nobody pays attention. Luckily I’m not that picky, but if you are this is your warning.

Nice and solid! I like that one side is smooth and the other is bumpy. Makes great sushi and has made tons of sushi! Still solid and used regularly, would buy again!

Hands down the best makisu availabe. Every sushi chefs I know have at least one of these bad boys. It's a bit pricy compared to wooden ones and other cheap plastic mats, but it's worth every penny. Literally you'll see all sushi chefs using it or at least have one as a back up.
