I bought this after a previous purchase from a well-known DIY store stopped working when the nozzle broke. Before that the chrome coating had broken down and it looked a mess. Now to this model. Pros: Easy to fit, no need to read instructions provided. Easy to make level once attached to wall. Dispenser top is stainless steel so less likely to rust and discolour than one with a chrome coating. Dispenser issues correct amount of liquid soap with no spillage or waste to make a mess. Nozzle appears solid enough as this can usually be the weakest link and once broken the whole thing becomes useless. Wall holder is chrome finish and looks nice. No conflict between the chrome and stainless steel finishes. In my opinion it makes sense to do it this way. Cons: depending on what liquid soap you use I found it necessary to use a small funnel to fill the glass bottle as the liquid soap I used was quite viscous. However, this is a very small criticism. Overall, this looks very nice and I'm very pleased with it. Would certainly recommend it. 5 stars.

This is a lovely soap holder and matches the toothbrush mug and holder. Its a lovely pourer also, just a little concerned that the soap bottle had a little bit of rust on it. Hope this lasts, as great item and good value for money

I'm reserving judgment for 5 star rating until I know the finish wont degrade like the previous chrome plated soap dish. This is relatively easy to fit aside from the usual issues you get with the size of the plugs supplied and the holes you need to make. The good thing is that you can adjust the retaining ring to horizontal, so you don't have to get the bracket absolutely horizontal to start off. There is a little flex in the structure when you press the soap plunger but that might be down my fitting skills with the bracket, a good product should last unlike all this chrome plated rubbish.The instructions supplied weren't correct, you need to remove the bottle holding ring not the arm, as this can only be inserted from the back which will be impossible once the bracket is fixed to the wall.

3 years ago I was looking for stainless steel accesories for my apartment bathroom, and every type I bought went rusty until I found this brand, Kapitan. I bought 2 toothbrush holders and a towel rail. 3 years on they still look good with no sign of rust. So when I bought a new house this summer I knew I would buy more Kapitan bathroom accessories. I wanted a wall mounted soap dispenser and I was really pleased to find Kapitan made one that was the ideal size next to the small hand basin. The soap dispenser was easy to fit and comes with easy to follow instructions. The customer service is also excellent and fast in replying to my questions.

Seems very good value, perfect for purpose but can't comment on longevity yet.

This looks very nice but it’s practical function is diabolical. When used, a metal deposit or rust mixes with the soap to give a very nasty brown murky mess. Do not buy under any circumstances !

Had this for about 3 years before the straw of the soap dispenser split and the wall bracket had cracked. Came back to Amazon to check my purchases intending to purchase another, due to having drilled holes through tile to fit it I thought a like for like replacement would be easiest.Upon noticing they advertised a 20 year warranty I got in touch through the seller page. After a quick response I sent a picture of the cracked plastic and next day I had a new mount and 2 new pumps! Fantastic customer service.This is probably my first Amazon review, was worth the effort due to the experience.
