Excellent customer service
This cart is heavy duty and is perfect for fishing. Has nice big tires and has a smooth ride. We love it.. We had an issue and customer service was extremely fast at responding and very helpful. We would buy again from this company!!

pretty sturdy
Pretty sturdy, wish the basket material had some solid framework but does the job, functions way better on the beach than last wagon I had. Handle is taller which is better for tall people, so when pulling the wheels do no hit my heels which happens with shorter handles on wagons, but I'm pretty tall.

Pole holder
Instructions needs to be clearer when it comes to pole holders

Two upgrades to get an A+
"Nice looking cart" is the compliment you get but the velcro straps are cheap and flimsy and do wear out fast. Secondly the nuts and bolts holding the cart together do come off. Otherwise a great asset for fishing.

too much play in wheels. and the rubber collars for the rod holders are buckled.
Have not used yet. Wheels have too much side to side movement. Installed 1"x5/8" 14 gauge machine spacer on the out side of each wheel. Reduced the side to side play in each wheel about 90 percent. I put loctite blue on each bolt to ensure the bolts will not loosen. The rubber collars on the rod holders buckle on on all rod holders due to the shape of the holder. Sliced the buckle area and glued the overlapping edges . solved that issue. I also added a grommet hole to each corner of the liner for drainage. This cart is otherwise well constructed. The issue with the wheels was the worst issue. Money spent on the 2 wrecnhes included with the cart would be better spent on spacers. I spent less than 2 dollars on the spacers and the included wrenchers were worthless as tools.
